Infrastructure Engineer

Role

We have a requirement for a proven Infrastructure Engineer with a background in delivering projects with VMware and Microsoft (AD, Exchange) technologies. You will be a proactive self starter and have proven project based exposure in the above skills, you will ideally hold some of the relevant technical accreditations including MCSE, VMware VCP.

You will need outstanding interpersonal and client facing skills due to the consultancy nature of the role and working directly on customer sites. Although the role is London based you will need flexibility to travel to client sites around the world.

Windows XP
Windows Server 2003 setup, build, configure, admin
VMWARE Server setup, build, configure, admin
Active Directory

Desirable Technical Skills

Windows Server 2008
Experience of and familiarity with Microsoft client server technologies including Windows 7, Exchange, IIS, SQL.

Certifications

MSCE / VCP not essential but proof of ambition, skill required to attain certifications is required.

Non Technical Skills

Able, confident, customer facing, enthusiastic, presentable and professional
