With multi-cultural and multi-skilled teams of up to 100 people, these projects have had budgets up to £7million and have delivered cost savings of up to £27million over 5 years.
Although he holds PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation certifications, David takes a pragmatic approach to project delivery and is comfortable shaping or reducing formal processes so that they meet the demands of each project, team and customer.
